Last night, Ontarians decided the fate of government for the next four years. Here are the key points to get you up to speed!

  • Doug Ford’s Progressive Conservatives won a third majority government.

  • Marit Stiles’ NDP outperformed electoral models, remaining Official Opposition.

  • Crombie’s Liberals regain official party status, while she doesn’t win her seat - But says she will stay on as Liberal leader.

  • Green’s maintain their two seats, failing to win Parry Sound-Muskoka.

  • Turnout sits at 45.4%, slightly higher than the 44% in 2022.

Now, let’s sink our teeth into some of the results and explain further what happened last night.
