Raise Defence Spending, Say Canadians
Previous polling from the Angus Reid Institute suggests Canadians want the government to bolster, while NATO remains highly favourable
Today was not an ideal day for US-Ukrainian relations, with Donald Trump, J.D Vance, and Volodymyr Zelenskyy going at it in front of the media. Zelenskyy left Washington earlier than expected following the meeting, while European and Canadian officials have reaffirmed their public support for Ukraine.
At this moment, it’s important to revisit previous polling on how Canadians feel about defence spending at home, and their opinion of NATO.
